During our road trip to Tracy, we were reminiscent of the late 80's/early 90's so our sounds were mostly modern rock songs from that period in time. Check out the compilation we played:
Blake Babies - Out There
Billy Bragg - Sexuality
Inspiral Carpets - This is How it Feels
Lightning Seeds - Blowing Bubbles
Kitchens of Distinction - Drive That Fast
Ned's Atomic Dustbin - Happy
Wonder Stuff - Caught in my Shadow
Too Much Joy - Crush Story
Northside - Take 5
Milltown Brothers - Which Way Should I Jump?
Candyskins - She Blew Me Away
Sugarcubes - Hit
James - Sit Down
The La's - Timeless Melody
Voice of the Beehive - Monsters and Angels
Cocteau Twins - Heaven or Las Vegas?
As soon as we got there, Kuya Jon and Liz were shopping at Costco so we hung around outside the house and had a little picnic with the kids. We had fun because Nicole already prepared some peanut butter sandwiches for us in little brown paper bags with little soda cans in them. Brandon even made his own peanut butter and jelly sandwich and had cookies too! They were also biking outside with Al and Cian while Lexi, Lara, Leanne and Ryan were playing jump rope. I was also happy to finally go storage and get the stuff I needed. I also finished fixing up other rooms in our place. Its fairly simple and doesn't compare to our place in Westlake. We had better stuff at Westlake and was more contemporary, hehehe. I miss that place. Anyway, check out the pics (remember that most of them are free stuff from Craigslist, hehe) :
Our hallway and living room with hardwood floors.
Our living room and cool kitchen table.
Our silver and black styled modern kitchen.
Our contemporary but simple bedroom.
And check out candid pics of Al concentrating on the internet :
