Gung Hay Fat Choy!
Happy Chinese New Year to all! It's actually not until tomorrow and I'm not sure when the Chinese New Year Parade in SF would be on. I'm thinking either this weekend or next weekend. We'll try to make it though, if it doesn't fall into one of the days when I have my classes. And to celebrate it, we thought of buying some tikoy from Pacific and Al dipped it in egg and fried it last night. I am suddenly remembering my grandma who used to do that during the holidays, particularly New Years. Anyway, I haven't eaten one of those since 15 years ago. Can you imagine that? So you can only imagine how it was such a delight last night.
