Was Katrina Predicted?

We all heard about the tragedies in New Orleans because of super hurricane Katrina. First thing that popped in my mind was this movie I saw few months ago on FX called Oil Storm. I freaked out when I first saw it, but I didn't think it would happen, although it seems so realistic. The movie now seems to be a reality. What's more shocking is that the movie seems to predict exactly what's happening in New Orleans at the moment - same date, same situation, same issues, same year. Movie was set around Labor Day weekend and showed how oil pipelines were affected by the storm and gas prices were rising which led to a depression. Really scary. What did the administration do to prepare for this disaster? I wonder if this article is true. If it is then it is just sad, very sad.

Yeah, I was shocked myself. I wish you could see that movie I'm talking about but I don't think they'll be showing it any time this year since the tragedy happened and it might freak people out like it freaked me!
