Concert Calendar (and Others)

I was watching TV and I saw this animated microsoft commercial which I thought was very cool. So I decided to do some research on it and find out who made it. Unfortunately, I couldn't find it, but I found this. It was apparently a banned TV commercial.

Also, last night was movie night for me and Al, so we watched A&E's Flight 93. I was balling so hard that it wasn't even funny (I'm saying that coz Al was laughing at me)! I never cried so hard in a TV movie (yes, yes, it's hilarious to you). Anyway, I suddenly felt patriotic, and for a moment, I hoped that it would have a happy ending (yes, duh to me). But I guess, my cuzin Mitch is the reigning champion of all crying queens, coz she balls at every Maalaala Mo Kaya episode, hahaha.

Anyway, on a sidenote, here's a listing of upcoming concerts -

Coldplay @ HP Pavillion, 2/1
Hard-Fi @ Popscene, 2/2
Bob Mould @ Slim's, 2/11
Saint Etienne with Every Move a Picture @ The Fillmore, 2/17

My sistahs made a visit to our humble abode last weekend, so Nat can give her pasalubongs to us from her vacation in Paris (a cute french knitted beabie, a bar of french chocolates, and a bottle of red wine. Nice. Over dinner at a Thai place near Santana Row, we discussed some planning strategies for the 'event'...So she will now be officially my coordinator, and Cherry will be part of the entourage. But man, Nat and Char have tickets to see Arctic Monkeys. Al wants to go so badly. I'd rather se Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, but Nat says they're sold out. Sob. It's okay, Hard-Fi will be in town in a few days. Oh snap! Oh, and did I mention, the Coachella line-up is now available.
